INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup pistachios
  • 6 soaked figs
  • 1/2 cup dates
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 teaspoon of green powder
  • 1 tablespoon lucuma
  • 2 tablespoons agave
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ginseng powder

PREPARATION

  1. Process the nuts first until they break down slightly, then add the other ingredients and process until mixtures comes together and is sticky but retains some texture.
  2. Form into balls and roll in coconut. Store in the fridge for up to two weeks.
